Vice Principal
-Dedicated to shaping young minds
-Offering mainstream curriculum together with life readiness abilities.
The Vice Principal is to lead and support the School Principal in making sure that quality education to students is delivered. Ensure that each child’s potential is developed at its best in both academics and life skills.
Key responsibilities of the Vice Principal are as follows:
1.Quality delivery of effective differentiated classroom lesson teaching.
2.Lead the curriculum development and implementation process
3.Effective implementation and meeting of students IEP and IBP goals.
4.Mentor and develop teaching staff’s capability and efficiency.
5.Participate in admissions and review process.
6.Lead in management of integration activities
7.Aligning of resource and curriculum planning with other satellite schools
8.Partnering with Corporate Services function
The Vice Principal should have a keen interest and desire to learn about Special Education and the desire to contribute to the delivery of quality services to the community and stakeholders involved, preferably with experience in educational leadership and senior management position. The VP must be highly dynamic and driven with strong communication, analytical, decision making and supervisory skills. Resourceful and possess high level of professionalism and integrity are imperative. The VP must be able to work in a team based environment as well as independently with passion for education and interacting with the youth and children.
