- Leading the Business Development for one of the SBU’s in Asia & IMEA countries.
Our client is a leading global supplier of specialty chemicals.
Business developer spends most of their time with the customers. Business developer works in close partnership with application laboratory to ensure the most valuable use of expertise. Business developer reports to Sales Director Asia Industry. Will be responsible for building relationship with customers, Open new business opportunities and Participate to new product development with R&D.
To qualify you would have a degree, Bachelor of Science degree or above in related field such as microbiology, engineering, biology, chemistry etc. A minimum 3-5 years of prior sales and business development experience is desirable. Employment history with a “bio-industry” participant, ideally enzymes will be desirable. Would prefer that the candidate came from a technical position previously, and progressed into sales.
