Head of Sales & New Business

Our client is a successful online portal with over 11 million users across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. The successful candidate will be required to create new business opportunities and online sales. Previous experience of leading a high performance team required as the candidate need to manage up to 20 sales personnel. The role also requires constant liaison with Thai speaking customers.
Requirements
•7 years and above in sales experience in a fast-paced environment
•Basic understanding of Internet advertising
•Real estate, Internet or Media experience is a plus - but is not critical
•Excellent interpersonal, team-working and presentation skills
•Willing to go the extra mile and (sometimes) work long hours
•Must be hungry, proactive, highly energetic, tenacious and independent
•Able to present to a large group of audience
•Able to start work immediately is preferred
•Own transportation and a willingness to travel to customer sites
