Representing multiple global organizations across diversified industries, we seek dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition specialists to join them in single-contributor and lead roles.
As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will responsible to conceptualize, implement and manage recruitment, sourcing and employer branding strategies. You will build an effective talent strategy for the operation that aligns with business’ objectives and growth, establish and manage strong partnerships with internal and external sources, manage recruitment metrics and lead projects for new initiatives and continuous improvement.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will perform hands-on end-to-end recruitment process from partnering with stakeholder to qualify requisition, strategizing sourcing strategies including direct recruitment and employee on-boarding.
For Team Lead role, ideally you have 10 years relevant experience and for Specialist position, 5 years minimum. Those with hybrid in-house and agency experience with hands-on exposure to volume recruitment and executive search are preferred. Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and dealing with ambiguity in a matrix working environment, with high level of initiatives, results-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are successful traits.
