Our client is a global MNC providing Testing & Calibration Equipment solutions with strong establishment, as part of their expansion plan in South East Asia; they like to invite a Product (Specialist / Assistant Manager) to join its Singapore team.
In this newly created role, you will initiate and support local Sales Team and Distributors to ensure product awareness and sales. You will drive regional product & business development strategy across ASEAN & South Asia. You will understands Customers’ needs, customize technical solutions for products position and introduction, drive collaboration with HQ and Sales Team for successful product roadmap, ensure sales team on up-to-date products knowledge, markets conditions and technical applications. You will also drive strategies and localize promotion activities with sales team for each region and present company’s technique & advance application through seminars, conference.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Engineering or relevant with 3 - 5 years of product management / business development experience within the testing & calibration solutions industry. You must have strong engineering related background and be a technical solution provider. To do well in this role, you must excel in time and project management competencies. You should have effective relationship management, interpersonal & communication skills, be strong to lead and with the ability to work in independently and in teams.
