Our client, a leading European provider of warehousing and logistics solution now invites an experienced HR & Admin Executive to accelerate their growth in Singapore.
As the HR & Admin Executive, you will manage the full spectrum of HR and Office admin function. For HR function, you will hold the generalist portfolio managing end-to-end recruitment, internship programmes, and administration of statutory claims, payroll processing, maintaining records for APAC entities, reporting, pass application, HR projects and other HR duties. As for Office Administration, you will manage the internal security system, liaise with external parties for office matters, stand-n for reception function, office asset management and other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Ideally you should have possess a Diploma in HR Management, Business Admin or equivalent with at least 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experiences from a MNC environment. Payroll processing experiences and good employment act knowledge is a must. Candidate with strong time management, organizational skills, ability to work in a dynamic & fast-pace environment and multi-task skills is highly desired. You should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
