Our Client is a leading MNC in Print & Packaging industry and they are seeking a dynamic Operation Manager to accelerate their growth and expansion plans in Asia. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the day to day operation management of the business unit. You will lead teams and provide leadership to them ensuring everyone’s alignment to the company’s commercial objective. You will drive performance adhere to business KPI, ensure customer service levels and quality deliverables meet and exceed clients’ requirements, maximize resources and minimize operating cost. You will drive continuous improvement, vision and mission for cross collaboration with other regional colleagues ensuring operation optimization, deliverables and to build a high performance tem.
Ideally you should have a minimum Diploma or Degree with 5 years or experience in the printing / packaging related industry; a proven track records of success in print product, operation and project management. You should be a self / team motivator; be action orientated and has a global mindset. You must be motivational, hands-on, forward looking. You must be able to work in a diverse and fast-paced deadline driven environment. Candidates with previous experience in a design or artwork business will be beneficial but not essential.
