Our client is a leading global market research organization.


Job Description
•To develop, manage and grow groups, Market Access practice including people, process, product and reputation , in APAC, focusing initially on regional client sand influencers based in Singapore. 
•Joint responsibility for marketing planning, budget planning and management, business development, client development and revenue targets for company’s Market Access practice in APAC with Healthcare lead in APAC
•Responsible for setting up company’s Market Access network in the region. 
•Leveraging MR network and provides training and upskilling of organisations Health researchers across APAC
•Represent company as market access spokesperson a key MA meetings
•Mentor, build and provide leadership to regional Market Access team based in 
Singapore and other developing market access countries in the region
•Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage all aspects of Market Access consultancy services & projects.
•Act as main link resource to client with specific account responsibilities. Develop and maintain close relationship and communication with decision makers


Qualification and Skills 
•Strong competency and experience in Market Access Consulting work
•Experience in business development and client acquisition
•Competent in the conduct/management of multi-country engagements
•Regional experience in APAC will be a major advantage
•At least 8 years’ experience in a commercial role in healthcare (either with a pharmaceutical/medical technology company and/or consultancy)
•At least 3 years’ experience specifically in Market Access and/or Market Access Consulting role (e.g. pricing/reimbursement, regulatory, health economics & outcomes research, etc...)
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in any discipline
