Your Tasks:
• Elevate - the creative thinking, and creative approach across all stages of the creative process from design, concept to production
• Lead - a team of graphic designers; develop and broaden their skills with on-going mentoring 
• Partner - with the leadership team; ensuring that desires are met, internally and externally
• Promote - a communicative and collaborative working environment across the agency


Your Qualifications:
• A portfolio of brilliant ideas, skillfully executed and demonstrating expertise across a variety of media
• Five or more years of supervisory experience
• A familiarity or an appreciation of 3D software
• Diverse account and industry experience
• Ability to evaluate work across fully integrated marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication skills
• Initiative to go above and beyond the call of duty
