Our client is a US MNC and a market leader in the pharma industry. They are currently seeking a dynamic Training Manager for the Singapore plant.
This position has 2 direct reports and will be responsible for sustaining and supporting the entire spectrum of training and development for the Singapore plant including needs analysis, development, delivery and/or sourcing externally, measurement and reporting results to senior management. You will drive/evaluate all learning programs/projects effectiveness and initiatives with the view to creating a competency-based learning culture and a motivated workforce.
To be successful, you will be an experienced HR professional from a matrix, MNC environment within manufacturing sectors. You will be a graduate in HRM and has at least 6+ years of training experience and sound knowledge of learning strategies. You should be comfortable to do some stand up soft skills training, able to do TNA for the organization, develop training programs, and build in-house training capabilities through Train-the Trainer concept.
