Our Client is a Japanese law firm that provides a full range of legal services. They are seeking for a Paralegal to accelerate their growth in Singapore.
Reporting directly to Lawyer, you are responsible to support a team of 4 lawyers in the provision of corporate legal services. You will research and analyze legal and business related matters, preparing and drafting of legal documents, filing and proofing.
Ideally you should have a Diploma or Degree in law studies with at least 2 to 10 years of professional experiences in related field. You should possess excellent analytical, research and drafting skills. Candidates with ability to work in a fast paced environment is highly desired. You should possess effective communication and interpersonal skill to communicate professionally.
