Our client is a highly successful Multinational Healthcare Company with global operation. As part of their expansion plan in Asia Pacific, they like to invite a successful Capex Sourcing professional to join their team in Malaysia.
In this role, you will own the CAPEX projects within Asia Pacific Region. You will strategize, lead sourcing category and implement procurement improvement program and ensure it’s aligned with company’s business goals. You will also be responsible in suppliers relationship management and generate savings in the area of focus.
To be successful in this position, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or other related discipline. You need to have had at least 15 years of relevant experience in Procurement – Capex, Construction, MRO or related fields. You possess a proactive and strategic mindset and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Experience in a multi-functional team and global environment is highly desired. It is vital that you come with strong negotiation skills, procurement mindset with sound knowledge in vendor management/contracts.
