A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a European MNC that has an available role for a Recruitment Specialist.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment function for the company’s various ongoing and new projects. In this exciting role, you will be engage in a day-to-day basis with all relevant staffing matters. You will be working closely with the HR Business Partner team and hiring managers in identifying, attracting and hiring key talents. You would also be required to manage the various vendors partnering you in recruiting these talents. This is a single contributor role where you are required to handle open positions for Singapore.
To be qualified for this role, you are degree qualified and has over 5 years of recruitment experience. This role would suit an experienced and independent recruitment specialist with in house and search background within the industrial specialization. You need to be able to engage well with senior managers or directors and are familiar with direct hiring and working with vendors.
