Our Client is a multi-national company which is one of the big player of pump products. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate their growth and expansion plans in South East Asia. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization and possibly moving toward a bigger regional platform.
Reporting directly to the management, you are responsible for the identification, development of new business opportunities at South East Asia level. You will be responsible for managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to daily operation. Regional coverage, needs to support the Sales Companies with application expertise, technical support and training. Define the Product Strategy that aligns with the overall segments short-term and long-term objectives. Formulate Pricing strategy to ensure Product Profitability and growth across segments (Units & Value), Commercial strategy alignment.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in any field with 5 years of professional experience in related field. You should a proven track record of success in B2B sales consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota. You must have strong work ethics, motivation and leadership skills. Candidates with ability to work in a fast paced environment and experience in EPC industry is highly desired. You should possess effective communication and interpersonal skill. You should be proactive, ambitious and passionate about sales and comfortable in making cold calls.
