Head of DCM (Regional Coverage, Singapore-based) 
•International Investment banking with strong Asia Pacific Capital Market focus, ie. DCM
•Report to the Global Head of DCM based in Hong Kong
•Support the business growth and generate revenue in the area of Debt Capital Market (“DCM”) 
•Responsible for all origination work across ASEAN at multi-currencies 


As a lead in DCM transactions, including origination, execution, rating advisory, bond issuance, bond restructuring advisory, you are tasked to identify prospective clients and solicit DCM business opportunity; Advise clients on matters relating to DCM based on financial analysis from different prospects, including financial models and comparable company analysis; Advise the management on the latest development within the debt capital market; Oversee and ensure the smooth execution and documentation of mandated transactions
You are a University graduate or higher with strong business acumen with min 10 years or above DCM experience in ASEAN region. You must be a licensed person to work on DCM and need to be MAS advising on Corporate Finance (Debt Securities) representative in the Singapore office. Good track record in successful transaction; Mature, open-minded and work under pressure to achieve good results; Strong management and leadership skills with an ability to coach and develop subordinates, as well as drive the team to meet target/ objective. You are required to possess good written and communication skills.
