Our client, one of the world's leading asset managers who specialize in development-related sectors of emerging economies with the aim to provide debt and equity financing to non-listed companies to help drive economic growth. In addition, they offer investment solutions to both institutional and private investors. In line with their expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Investment Officer , Financial Institution (FI), Debt Financing to be based in Bangkok/ Hong Kong
As a Senior Investment Officer, you are responsible to originate, structure debt financing transaction in potential and demanding countries across APAC region. You have to take part in credit risk assessments of existing or potential counterparties like microfinance institutions, retail and SME banks and leasing firms. You will be tasked to drive credit risk assessment, investment committee, transaction management to achieve successful deal / transactions.
You will be monitoring the investment portfolio and stay alert with the market movement and demand on top of building in-depth relationship with counterparties for future partnership and collaboration. 
As a Senior Investment Officer, you need to have strong financial sector knowledge and experience, strong client partnering skill under an international business environment. It will be excellent if you were a credit analyst or equipped with strong credit assessment experience. You will be in great advantage if you have few years of working experience in the assessment and financing of financial institutions. You have a relevant degree and is flexible to travel. You have strong analytical, writing and presentation skills on top of great interest and enthusiasm for impact investment.
