Our Client is a multi-national company with regional presence within the Construction Industry. They are seeking for a well connected Regional Business Development GM to grow the business in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization.
Reporting directly to the MD, you will be the key driver to initiate and lead all communication with global client based in US and Europe region. You will be responsible to identify and connect to key decision makers in clients’ headquarter office and apply the appropriate business engagement that lead to new business opportunities in Asia Pacific region. Be a company’s representative to obtain RFQ for relevant projects and coordinate with internal team to successful closures. You should be targeting at C-level network and contacts in Pharmaceutical and / or Manufacturing industries which require clean room design and build solutions.
Ideally you should have a minimum relevant experience with 10-15 years in business development or commercial role. You should possess strong C-level network and contacts preferably in the Pharmaceutical and / or Manufacturing industries especially from global clients’ headquarter office. Excellent communicator with strong business EQ is a pre-requisite to be an effective networker. You should possess immediate C-level contacts from US and Europe as well as proven sales record in Asia Pacific region
This role requires GM to work closely with client in order to allow internal team to meet client’s expectations. Candidate must be open to travel globally when necessary.
