仕事詳細
PRIMARY ROLE
•Space planning, Conceptual design and Design development – work together to brainstorm for design direction and conceptualization
•Client liaison / servicing, including presentation and ‘sell’ works to clients
•Attend client meetings and participate in client correspondence
•Construction drawings, assist with tender and site observation – responsible in translate concept into design details and solution in technical drawings
•Manage and review on design team Tender / Construction drawing package
•Prepare sample boards, presentation materials and power point presentation
•Obtain sign-off for all drawings & finishes
•Help elevate Design Standards and provide Design Quality Control
•Site Analysis and Inventory Assessment
•Responsible with areas associated in design
SECONDARY ROLE
•Obtain specialist details and Shop Drawings
•Coordinate inputs from Building management, Architects or Consultants to ensure compliance of regulation
•Briefing & liaison with QS and Contractor on design Costing & details
•Prepare As-Built drawings and O&M
•2D rendering & 3D artist impression when necessary
•Ensure proper housekeeping and updates of library at all time
