Our Client is a regional company listed on the SGX Catalist Board. As part of its expansion plans, it is looking for a finance professional of high calibre for the role of Financial Controller.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will head up the finance function, ensuring that all statutory and legal reporting requirements are met. You will review and implement accounting processes, internal controls, and systems, to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies. You will also be the go-to person with regards to liaison with professional parties such as external auditors, SGX, bankers, and relevant government authorities.
Ideally, you are a Chartered Accountant/CPA with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity for a listed company. You are dynamic and ambitious, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are able to work in a fluid and fast-moving environment.
