This top tier conglomerate company with presence in more than 100 countries seeks Legal professionals to join their expanding team.
You will report to the Head of Legal based in Singapore. You are an individual contributor as its Legal and Integrity Specialist; you will design, develop, maintain, strategize and provide recommendations of improvement to the company’s compliance mission, ethical values and guidelines. You will implement global strategy and advise management and business on legal & integrity issues. You will assist in bid and proposal (tender) in submission and negotiations and lead in litigation cases.
Candidates with a Degree in Law, minimum 5 years in-house work experience. Experience in general legal / commercial terms in diverse sectors are preferred. Candidate experience in tender process / management is highly desired. Candidates with construction, building laws, litigation, insurance, and arbitration background will be an advantage.
