Regional Logistics Manager

Our client is a renowned Chemical Company with global operation. As part of their expansion plan in APAC, they like to invite a successful Logistics professional to join their startup team at Singapore.
In this role, you will be involve in the startup of the logistics team from operation to ensuring HSSE associated to logistics at the warehouse. Logistics and transportation. You will be working closely with the 3rd party services provider in ensuring processes are ad-here to the guideline set and also audits are planned and executed timely and of high quality. You will also be involve in managing the 3rd part services provider performance. Internally, you will work closely with the operation team and also HSSE team to ensure the whole workforce are competent to deliver their HSSE accountabilities.
To be successful in this position, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management. HSSE qualification is highly regarded. You need to have had at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a large manufacturing facility with diverse product mix. Familiar with SAP MRP/ERP System.
