About Our Client:
Our client is the one of the leading Information Communication Technology (ICT) companies in Japan and providing the comprehensive global and local communication services to companies developing their businesses in the region including Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for unified communication & network design, development, implementation, testing and preparing completion document. Primarily handle Cisco Network & Unified Collaboration Solutions. Deliver unified communications & network project. Gather technical requirement, develop low level design, implementation and user acceptance plan to customer. Project Management role such as prepare work breakdown structure (WBS), issue management list, meeting minutes and etc. Work with vendors and suppliers/principals to deliver the projects.
Qualification:
Min 5 years of IT experience in Network & Unified Communication solutions. Good implementation / troubleshooting experience of Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unified Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity, Cisco IPT & IPCC Express, Cisco Voice Gateway, Cisco Catalyst 6000 series, Nexus 2k, 3k, 5k, 9k and Cisco routers. Have clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices. Have worked on Cisco Unified communication products like Cisco Unified Communication Manager, IPCC Express, Cisco Unity Voicemail, Cisco Wireless Phones and CUCME and CUCMBE. Have clear understanding on VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP.
In depth knowledge and experience on Cisco routing & Switching Products and networking. Must have a Diploma / Degree in similar field.
