仕事詳細
Responsibilities:
Butchering (cutting frozen and chilled meat)
Prepare for opening/closing of stores
Ordering, inventory, quality control
Customer service
Sales management, promotion planning/implementation
Shift creation and management
Employee training (hygiene management and education)
Prepare products and photos for sales campaigns
Job Requirements:
Knowing in Japan Culture, speaking and writing in Japanese will be advantage
No experience is required, training provided
Able to carry heavy items (about 10kg)
Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift hours
Passion in Customer Service and feedback
Service-oriented and a good team player
Positive attitude and willing to work!
Good in communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred candidates with working experience in a butcher/meat shop
