仕事詳細
Duties & Responsibilities
• Receiving patients and accompanying persons at the clinic.
• Receive and attend to telephone calls, faxes, and emails from patients.
• Assist with the reservations, and coordinate with patients in making their appointment with the local doctors.
• Assist to generate invoice, receive payment, and perform account settlement.
• Assist to generate insurance forms, and medical certificates for the patients.
• Support with the maintenance of general accounts.
• Coordinate with the medical, and dental laboratory services when the clinic requires
• Coordinate with the local dental, medical, and general suppliers when the clinic requires
• Maintain and ensure the overall clinic reception, and non-clinical areas are clean, neat and tidy.
• Handles any ad-hoc administrative cases, as and when is required;
• Any others reasonable ad-hoc task assigned from time-to-time basis.
Requirements
• Minimum college education levels required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Reasonably fluent in spoken English and Japanese
(must be able to work shift and on 2 x Saturday/month)
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: (am shift) 9.00 am to 1.00pm
(pm shift) 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Saturday: Twice a month from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
