<p class="MsoNormal">Our client located in the CBD of Singapore in the Banking & Finance sector is seeking for a Temp Secretary for a contract period of 4 months for Maternity cover.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">Reporting to the General Manager , you will provide secretarial and administrative assistance to support the General Manager and Joint General Manager including the following duties :</p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">Ensuring smooth operations of the day to day activities / meetings of the GM and Joint GM. Prepare documents and correspondences and ensure proper filing of all documents.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Generation of reports and scheduling appointments, calendar management for both the GM and joint GM</p> <p class="MsoNormal">You will also be required to organise and co-ordinate business lunch and dinner. Prepare itinerary, organise business trips , and managing trips claims and expenses.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><b>Translation of Japanese documents when required.</b></p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">Ideal candidate should possess the following;</p> <p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>·<span> </span></span>GCE ‘O’ levels / Secretarial certificate or equivalent</p> <p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>·<span> </span></span>Min 5 – 6 years of experience in EA / Secretary role</p> <p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>·<span> </span></span><b><span lang="EN-GB">Proficient & Bilingual in Japanese & English languages</span></b> <b><span>due to the need for translation of Japanese documents </span></b></p> <span>Proficient in MS Office and Outlook</span>
