Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。
◆Manage existing clients’ account and develop new business opportunities for the various
product portfolios
•Follow-up and liaise with customers and business partners on existing business matters
e.g. inquiries, accounts and credit-related matters
•Establish and maintain an excellent business relationship with both internal and external
stakeholders
•Responsible for smooth logistics operations and managing the inventories of chemical
products and sales cost
•Prepare reports, application for compliance-related matters and trading documents e.g.
contracts, invoices, import/export documents, SAP documents, accounting documents
etc.
•Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
【要件】
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。
•Education: Bachelor’s Degree
•Experience: 2-3 years of relevant working experience, in chemical industry (Fresh
Graduates are welcome to apply)
•Ability to write and speak fluently in both English and Japanese languages to
communicate with Japanese clients
•Ability to speak and write in other languages would be an advantage
•Strong report writing, analytical, negotiation and communication skills are required
•Demonstrates the ability to build relationships with local and overseas suppliers and
customers across
•Ability to work independently as well as in a team
•Willing to travel
