• 30代のCEO/Founderの秘書、および通訳者の募集を行います。CEO/Founderの出張に同行し、CEO/Founderの出席する全てのMeetingに参加し通訳業務。
• CEO/Founderの伝えたい言葉のニュアンスなどを理解し、正確に相手に伝えられる技能が求められます。

Job Description
【業務内容】
下記がご担当いただく業務内容となります。

• 日本、東南アジア、ヨーロッパなどのグループ法人、または海外取引先企業とのスカイプミーティングでの通訳
• CEOの社内外の業務連絡の代行、連絡に必要な情報の収集と整理
• 社内から円滑に情報収集を行うためのインターナルコミュニケーション
• 業務書類、契約書、メール関連資料等の英日・日英翻訳
• 語学力を活かした調査や、その結果のレポート作成
• 世界各国で行われる打ち合わせ、カンファレンス出席などを含む出張への同行、通訳
• フライト手配、スケジュール管理などの秘書業務

ー下記、英語のＪＤ－
• Attend Skype meetings with other group companies in Japan, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc., and/or overseas business partners to support to interpret.
• Acting on behalf of CEO's internal and external business, collect and organize his contact information as needed.
• Internal communication to smoothly collect information from within the company
• English-Japanese translation of business documents, contracts, mail related materials, etc.
• Survey, research, and report, making use of his/her rich language skills
• Provide interpretation support, accompanying business trips including international meetings, attending conferences, etc.
• Secretarial services such as flight arrangements and schedule management.

Requirements
【要件】
下記要件を満たしている方を募集します。

• 英語・日本語の両方が高いレベルで読み、書き、話すことができる方（日本語・英語の通訳はネイティブレベル必須、読み書きは日本語はビジネスレベル、英語はネイティブレベルが必須）※通訳業務が発生するため、正確に読み聞きしＣＥＯへの伝達に必要のため
• 専門的な通訳経験があり、新しい知識や語彙の学習を得意とする
• 中華圏と欧米圏両方の経験があると良い、特に中華圏の経験者優遇
• 留学や自国以外の就業経験があり多文化に理解のある方
• エグゼクティブアシスタント経験者優遇
• IT業界・金融業界の経験者優遇
• 社内広報の経験者優遇
• １ヶ月のうち後半の１−２週間は出張で、急な出張にも対応できる方が望ましい
• 新しい業界や用語について勉強意欲を持ち、知識を吸収し、その上で適切な通訳業務を行うことができる人物

ー下記、英語のＪＤー
• Ability to read, write and speak both English and Japanese at a high level (Japanese and English interpretation required at native level. Reading and writing: Japanese at business level, and English at native level required) to liaise with client and internal meeting for interpolator to CEO.
• Professional interpretation experience, good at learning new emerging knowledge and vocabulary.
• Have experience of studying and/or working abroad, and experience in multiple cultures.
• Experience in both the Greater China and Western regions is a plus, especially those experienced in Greater China
• If the candidate who have strong professional experience as Interpreter, we don’t mind any other business experience.
• Executive Assistant Experience preferred.
• IT and/or financial industry experience preferred.
• In-house PR experience preferred.
• It is desirable to be a female, as she will be a “communication window” for the group.
• Business trip: 50% in a month(normally latter 1-2 weeks).
• Open to attend other sudden business trips.
• Deliver interpretation properly, based on strong willingness to learn an emerging industry or term and absorb knowledge.
