Our client is a Japanese leading industrial (Electronic,Consumer Electronic) company in Singapore.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a executive,environment manager to:
Regional Activities:
• Provide support on environmental management system
• Assist in planning and organising of environmental campaigns & events
• Assist in environmental related communications
• Respond to environmental related queries
• Provide support on green labelling matter
• Assist in environmental reporting
• Communicate with the counterparts in Japan HQ in Japanese language
Internal Office Activities:
• Provide support and involve in ISO14001 and eco office audit
• Support on environmental function, activities and eco office practices
• Assist in providing the environmental trainings
• Responsible for environmental administrative activities
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the EMG manager
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
Requirement
• Degree or its equivalent in any discipline
• Fluent in speak and write in both English and Japanese (JLPT 1 or 2 or above)*reading/speaking to liaise with Japan HQ
• Fresh graduate with strong interest in environment activities can be considered
Knowledge of ISO14001 EMS certification will be an advantage
• Working experience in a Japanese company is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator is a plus
• Meticulous, creative, outgoing spirit and good team work
Working hour Monday to Friday 7:30-9:30am start (Flexible/8 hours work)
