About the Client
Our Client is a Japanese trading company having business across SEA and ASEAN region. Their Importing and marketing of all kinds of industrial and agriculture chemicals, synthetic resins, dyes stuffs, electrical goods, electronics and machineries used by semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities
Attend to customer enquiry and provide sales services to customer
Prepare quotation and liaison with customer on pricing matter
Follow up with customer on payment issue
To control the trading material stock inventory.
Sourcing for suitable supplier for purchase of trading material.
Evaluate of supplier performance to ensure purchased products met the customer requirement.
Issue P/O to supplier for purchase and order of trading material
Follow up with customer on any arise including customer complaint.
Take proactive actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years working experience in regional sales in trading industry. Having experience to deal with distributors/suppliers is much advantage.
Able to work independently and adhere to short and tight deadlines. Should be familiar with Microsoft Excel and word with good interpersonal skills.
