Job Description


Oversee the Open Retail System (ORS) maintained by NEC
Ensure that the POS and its corresponding controllers and services supports all sales activities carried on the sales floor
To support and provide listing to Sales & Merchandising Department on customer information as and when required
Oversee all networking solutions 
Manage all hardware requirements and maintenance for the company
Manage files servers, e-mailing solutions both internal and external for the company
To liaise with Sales Promotion Department on the printing of card members labels as according to the information provided pertaining to periodical customer batch etc. 
Manage enterprise wide anti-virus protection systems 
Manage archiving system for the administrative departments
Ensure the smooth operations of the Finance & Accounting and Human Resource sub systems
Support the hosting of its Web Site and carry out enhancement
Head all system development and introduces of new solutions for the company
Liaise with vendors
Oversee the periodic distribution of reports at all levels
Introduce IS policies and reviews protection systems
Establishes disaster recovery plan and ensures that periodic backups are consistently carried out.
Other duties as assigned by General Manager (Administration) from time to time



Requirements


At least 2 years of experience in end to end IT management across IT operations for application and infrastructure, Business process improvement, project management and external vendor management
Experience in managing a team will be highly advantage
