Opportunity to work as an Accounts Officer with a leading company
AP, AR, Payable, Receivable, GST report, ACCA, Accounts, Accountant, payments
About Our Client
Our client is dealing with Security Control Equipment & Systems. They offer complete solutions for all of fire detection requirements. Presently, they are looking for an accounting professional.
Responsibilities
Manage all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties like maintaining vendor file/Invoice, Payments (Cheque, GIRO), Transaction Posting, Balance reconciliation.
Handle GST – Check and prepare quarterly GST report.
Assist in month end closing - Bank reconciliation, Journal entries.
Maintain Fixed Assets module and list.
Other ad-hoc job assigned by Manager.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts and preferably with SAP B1 accounting knowledge.
Must hold Bachelor’s Degree, or studying for ACCA.
A team player who is meticulous, strong analytical and able to multi-tasks.
