About the Client
Our client is one of the renowned Japanese Global Logistics company having its business in the entire ASEAN region. They are currently looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager in Singapore office.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for warehouse’s logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient support to customer’s logistics needs
Oversee and manage operation team in ensuring daily operation targets are met
Manage and control daily operation activities to meet overall company business objectives
Provide leadership and give directions by optimizing utilization of resources in the competitive business environment
Identify root cause of complaints and provide solutions
Supervisor and motivate a team of staffs to carry out daily activities
Prepare budget and control expenses accordingly
Keep up a high level of subordinates' morale and enthusiasm by showing appropriate assignment with constant check and feedback over communication
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain discipline.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidates must possess both warehousing cum customer service experience in 3PL.
Experience in inventory management and process (cycle count, stocktake) is preferred.
Preferably with experience in handling or supervising a team of member/Staff.
Able to multi-tasking and work under pressure.
