About Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese Semiconductor Manufacturer and they are looking for a “Technical Engineer” for their Singapore Office.
Job Description:
ž Responsible for equipment process quality control through optimizing processes robustness
ž Perform process evaluation and optimization Carrie out design of experiment; DOE.
ž Improving and sustaining the equipment process capability and yield to meet customer production goal
Qualifications:
ž Diploma or Degree in process engineering or equivalent
ž At least 3 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor equipment wafer process troubleshooting
ž Possess knowledge in semiconductor wafer process Customer orientated, a team player who is independent and able to work in clean room environment
ž Ability to develop and build rapport with customers of all levels
ž Relevant experience in PVD and Electroplating Competency in the use of basic fab metrology tools
