About the client
Our Client is one of the leading Japanese trading company in automobile sector. It is a subsidiary of world leader automobile manufacturing company. They have offices across the globe and currently they are looking for a Sales Support Executive for their Automobile accessories and technical parts division.
Responsibilities
ž Plan, oversee and execute field work (testing/commissioning/decommissioning systems) and be able to work with external suppliers in such activities
ž Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues (after sales support)
ž Explaining and engaging challenging technical discussions with manufacturers/suppliers
ž Conducting presentation, facilitating business meetings and preparing business reports
Requirement
ž Bachelors’ degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Engineering or Information Systems etc or equivalent practical experience
ž Min 2 years of experience or Entry level graduates with relevant education background are also welcome.
ž Basic knowledge in hardware electronics (digital circuits) and software logic flow/processes is beneficial.
ž Attention to details; initiative in pointing out issues and willing to learn new things independently out of current job scope is best suitable.
ž Business travels required (Asia/ Middle East) so the candidate should be flexible.
