About the client
Our client is a leading Japanese Trading Company whose specialized line of business includes the marketing of semi-finished metal products. They have Domestic and Import-Export business in:
Steel Products, Steelmaking Raw Materials, Construction Materials, Housing Materials, Non-Ferrous Metals, Recycling Materials, and Industrial Machinery etc.
They are currently looking for a Sales Executive for Non-ferrous material department.
Responsibilities
Responsible for Trading function in Non-Ferrous Material department including sales & marketing experience.
Follow up and manage the existing accounts and establish new accounts.
Correspond & coordinate with clients, overseas offices and headquarters on daily activities.
Manage order processing and logistic arrangement request.
Manage risk management of customer’s credit lines and stock inventories.
Ensure all logistics activities are well coordinated.
Ensure payments receivable and payable are all made on time.
Manage and entertain overseas clients to ensure their well-being.
Requirement
Sales professional with 3-4 years of experience in related industry with a minimum of Diploma holder. Having experience in Non Ferrous material is much advantage. Knowledge in shipping and trade payment modes is also preferable.
Should be flexible in travelling regionally with positive and proactive personality along with good interpersonal skills is suitable.
