Our client is fortune 500 US MNC in FMCG industry which specialized in personal care and cleaning products. Now they are looking for Order Management Analyst – Japanese speaking to join their dynamic and fun team.The OM Analyst is focused on insuring product delivery to the customer occurs in accordance with the needs and requirements of the customer (right time, right place, and right product) while operating within company’s policy. The OM Analyst is responsible for leading issue resolution related to product ordering and product delivery. They work with all necessary organizations within company as well as the 3rd party logistics companies and the customers to resolve any product order to delivery issues. The OM Analyst is a key contributor to ensuring customer satisfaction. The major responsibilities of the OM Analyst are listed below. · Respond to customers’ calls & enquires in a timely manner· Ensure timely order processing with accuracy in SAP*· Do order quality corrections and root cause· Support Product allocation· Ensure order size optimization· Handle emergency orders and emergency alternate procedure· Handle inquiries on price, products and promotions· Participate in credit control communication· Deliver booking and follow-up on delivery incidents with Physical Distribution· Handle returns and refusals· Do VMI related tasks*· Issue reports and follow-up on results· Inform customer/CBD of reported shortages· Assign correct reason codes for root cause analysis on all KPI's· Collaborate with BPO (back end operation team in China) via CRM *· Participate in internal and external audits· Be the expert in the customer(s) order pattern REQUIREMENTS· Have strong academic credentials· Able to work independently as well· Have strong interpersonal and communication skills· Are excellent in cognitive thought and problem solving as in a team· Proficiency in Japanese language as the role requires managing orders and customer requests for the Japan Market
