Our client, well-known MNC Hotel looking for F&B Outlet Manager at Japanese Restaurant.Restaurant is Authentic and dynamic environment.[Job Role]- Overall managerial role to ensure the service excellence- Review feedback from cutosmer and internal, plan, improve the service qualities and activities- Leading team with monitoring, training, motivating for smooth operation- Maximization of revenue, forecasting, budget and revenue management.- Plan promotions and tactical offers with liaising with Marketing team[Requirement]- Relevant experience at least 2~3 years in the 5 star hotel.- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine- Japanese language will be advantageous to liaise with customers and staffs- Energetic and passionate personality- Who can be a good model as service man- Proficient PC skills [Others]- Salary: up to S$5.0K *Subject to experience- Location: CBD
