About our Client:
Our client is a Japanese company specialized for reconditioning of main and auxiliary engine components (Piston Crown, Cylinder Cover, Exhaust Valves Housing, Spindle Seat, Piston Rod, Piston Skirt, Fuel Injection Parts, Etc.). They have their offices in China, Malaysia and Singapore.


Responsibilities:
Responsible to handle inquiries, issue worksheets, invoices, delivery notes and all other documents pertaining to own account (full documentation and arrangement of own account including payment monitoring). Liaise with relevant department such as Production, Operations and Purchasing to ensure smooth progress of item under reconditioning and those for delivery. Attend and communicate to customer correspondence, query and complains promptly via email, phone calls, and customer visits. Prepare monthly reports, agents commission and other reports related to Sales & Marketing. Supervise staff on job responsibilities and oversea Malaysia office staffs. Assist in all activities involving Sales & Marketing


Requirements
Must have at least 3 years of sales and account management experience.
Experience in marine engineering or similar industry is advantage. Someone who is resourceful, meticulous and organized with excellent time management skills and able to work under pressure
