A fast expanding UK MNC is currently looking for a high-calibre finance candidate to join its regional finance team as a FP&A Manager. Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, the successful incumbent will be responsible for analysis of financial performance and play an instrumental role in business partnering with the commercial team at the SEA level.
You will be required to liaise extensively with stakeholders from the Business as well as various corporate support functions to evaluate the financial performance of the group’s financial performance. This will include monthly results reporting, financial analysis of performance, forecasting as well as Annual Operating Plan. You will provide financial advice to Business Development and ensure financial compliance and data integrity is adhered to in business decision making process.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent
- Approximately 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in analysis and business partnering, preferably in a regional capacity
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry will have an added advantage
- Willing to be hands-on and proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships across a variety of stakeholder groups both locally and regionally
- Ability to work independently and operate effectively in a fast paced environment
