Assistant Manager, Operations (Finance)

Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the general insurance industry. The successful candidate can look forward to work in an amazing team and highly motivated environment. As an Assistant Manager, you are supervising and coaching finance staff for both Oracle & Core systems and assist in overseeing the daily operations
Providing support to operating and support units in relation to financial matters on P400 and Gen 400 systems and transaction and assist in collating statistics for competitors’ analyst, channel analysis and annual Business Plan. You need to implement the financial control and making sure the accuracy and timeliness of output.
Minimum 4 years of working experience in an insurance field, great knowledge in Microsoft Office and Oracle. Ideally you should have strong knowledge of FA in the insurance space and experience in managing a team. Influential and ability to lead and coach a team is highly desired. Some audit experience will be an added advantage
