Our Client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of offshore drilling and currently they are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their exciting team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing skills certification for new hires as required by customers. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients, regional sales offices / agents on manpower availability and work visas. Additionally, you will have to compile the Offshore bonus forms and check to ensure correlation, prepare visa and documents related to joining the Rig, compile the service competency and certification for tender submittal as well as any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.
Ideally you should possess minimally 3 years of experience in Coordination/ Service support capacity in a similar industry role. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as MS Access will be an added advantage. Good interpersonal skills, high initiative as well as able to work independently will be preferred.
