Our client
Our client is Japanese semiconductor trading company. They have their business in ASEAN region and currently they are looking for an Admin and IT support Executive who can look after their Singapore office management and IT inventory.
Responsibilities
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls. Receive and direct visitors and clients.
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
Staffs and guests air ticket and accommodation booking
Maintain office supply inventories
Update and monitor company corporate gifts
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Assist in IT support, troubleshooting or maintenance matters
Assist in monitoring and managing company mobile & telephone related matters
Liaise with IT vendor on server and networking related issues
Other administrative/IT related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min 1-2 years of experience in admin and understanding of IT hardware office stationaries is much advantage. Having a Diploma with Basic IT knowledge with proficiency in MS office is much preferred.
Someone flexible and having good interpersonal skills with team skills is much suitable.
