Our Client is a leading cyber security solutions and services company that provides support services through well-established systems and processes which are aligned to ISO standards

The incumbent is responsible of delivering cyber security projects as well as providing support services for corrective and preventive maintenance.
 
Responsibilities:

•    Responsible for supporting, troubleshooting and providing incident support for level 2 and 3 IT Security
•    Ensure the integrity of the firewall and maintain its optimum efficiency by managing implementation and operations of the related Security Infrastructures
•    Implement IT Security solutions
•    Communicate effectively and intelligently to customers in providing post-sales technical support
•    Liaise and manage vendors
•    Troubleshoot system related issues
•    Provide training to team to enhance their support and troubleshooting skills
 
Requirements:

•    Degree with at least 5 years of working experience in Network Security Firm or ISP environment providing managed firewall services;
•    Good knowledge and hands-on experience in LAN, WAN technologies, Firewall, IPSec and VPN solutions;
•    Working knowledge in Fortinet and Sophos firewall;
•    Able to comprehend and interpret firewall logs;
•    Possess security certification (eg. Fortinet, CCNA-Security, Juniper, VMware, CEH, etc) will be an advantage;
