Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the insurance industry. They are seeking a Customer Analyst to enhance their decision making. The successful candidate can look forward to participate in providing key customer metrics and design development of management reports to meet key objective of the organization
You will be task to provide customer and producer segmentation and profiling studies to support business decision. Working with key product metrics and developing business strategy to achieve company’s KPI.
Ideally you should have 2 years’ experience in similar role within the FI industry. Proficiency in statistical programming language such as SAS, R, Python, ORACLE, SQL are essential for the role. 2 years of experience in design and building visualization dashboards eg Tableau (Tableau Desktop, Tableau Reader and Server) is highly desired. Strong understanding in basic statistical concept and its application is a must.
