Our client is a leading aerospace engineering solutions company with focuses within Asia Pacific. They are seeking Head of Aerospace & Defense Sales to accelerate their growth and expansion plans in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization.
Reporting to the Business Unit Head, you are responsible for the sales leadership and growth of the business for OEMs, MROs and Aerospace industry in Asia Pacific. You are accountable for the assigned product line’s growth; provide tactical insights to improve sales productivity and drive lessons learned initiatives to continually improve pursuit strategies. You will manage client relationship and work with cross functional teams to ensure execution, revenue attainment, profitability and bookings of the business. You will analyze market trend and report monthly to the management on the findings. You will work closely with marketing team for the marketing support.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Business or Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience in the related field; a proven track records of success in the areas of technical sales within the Aerospace MRO industry. You should have a global mindset, action oriented, precise & reliable. You must be a team motivator and able to work in a fast paced environment; You should be equipped with effective communication and interpersonal skill, be proactive and ambitious.
