Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the insurance industry. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant – Underwriting Department to accelerate processes in Singapore. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization and possibly moving toward an Underwriter role in the future.
Reporting to the line manager, you will be task to handle medical examination, laboratory reports and APS received from clinics and hospitals. Process of payments and liaise with clinics and hospital on other various issues. Answering phone calls, emails, faxes and clearing common mail box for the medical team.
Ideally you should have a minimum Diploma in any field with 3 years of professional experience in related field. You must have strong work ethics and ability to work under pressure. Candidates with ability to work in a fast paced environment and experience in General Insurance industry is highly desired. You should possess effective communication and interpersonal skill. You should be proactive, ambitious and a team player
