About the client
Our client is a Japanese MNC Cosmetics Brand which has been in the ASEAN and SEA market for decades. They have all grooming ranges and cosmetics products like skincare and food supplements as well.
They are looking for a Sales Coordinator for Singapore location.
Responsibilities
Responsible for handling sales coordination and corporate Admin.
Supporting sales management in the whole Asia Pacific region.
Ordering, shipping, inventory management of goods.
Ordering and shipping to/from Japan headquarters, communicate with agents and distributors located in Singapore, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Requirement
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Diploma holder is fine.
Able to use Microsoft office (Word/ Excel) for business
Japanese and English reading and writing skills are required (Need to communicate with Japan HQ).Must be business level.
Inside Sales management and admin support experience in Cosmetics and beauty industry or any related manufacturing industry. Someone having a very good understanding of Import and export and Ordering is advantage for smooth shipping process.
