Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the Paint & Coating industry. They are seeking a HSE & PSM Lead. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization and possibly moving toward a regional platform.


This position reports directly to the Plant Manager, Singapore. The person will spearhead Health Safety Environment and Process Safety improvements and compliance which include local regulatory as well corporate standard implementation and compliance, conduct internal and second party HSE-PSM related audits, develop HSE relate-training programs and conduct training, implement and drive HSE policies.


Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering with 5 years of progressive HSE experience within a manufacturing environment (experience in a chemical batch plant is a plus); Proven track record of using HSE software for CAPA tracking, auditing, incident investigation, PHA-pro, document management (Qualtrax equivalent); Proven track record of having successfully led PSM implementation and process safety improvement with ongoing compliance.
