Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the Chemical industry. They are seeking a Sales Director which covers the SEA region and will have direct reports. He/she will develop and implement Business unit strategy as part of the Asia BU Strategy. He/she will be responsible for motivating the team to achieve sales KPIs, contributing to the P&L of the Global Business Unit. The ultimate aim would be to grow market share within the SEA region.
Reporting directly to the management, you are responsible to Develop, agree on business strategy with the superior and implement it; decide on the operational targets and activities for the different business lines; ensure implementation of the business strategy in collaboration with BL and Service Units.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in At least Degree in Business Management, Engineering technology or its equivalent discipline; 8-12 years of general management with a balance of finance, strategy, marketing, technology; Have experience managing key functions, General Management, Marketing / Sales; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
