Strong Talent Management Experience
With its APAC regional headquarters based in Singapore, this company is a leader in the precision engineering industry. They are currently seeking Manager for Regional Talent & Performance Management to join the Corporate HR team.
In this exciting role you will report to the Senior HR Manager. You will be required to be a trusted advisor to the Asia region and will execute the Talent programs in support of its strategic people agenda through implementing the most effective talent solutions. You will manage from formulating strategies to attracting potential external young talent and internal high potential talent, assessing their suitability, managing the selection process and providing professional advice. You will also roll out yearly performance management, facilitate talent management reviews and manage/track talent development programs. The role is required to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
The successful candidate should be a graduate in HR Management and preferably worked within a matrix team environment with at least 5+ years of relevant talent management experience. You should be hands-on and have prior experience in Talent Management. You are a transformational manager who is excellent in presenting, coaching and has strong communications skills.
